Payment Terms
The full amount is due upon departure.

Deposit
For reservations during high season and for larger bookings, Hotel Strandly reserves the right to charge a deposit of 50% of the booking amount.

Booking Terms

When you receive a confirmation via email, the reservation is confirmed and completed.

Cancellation
If cancelled by 12:00 PM, seven days before arrival, no fee will be charged. During high season, as well as for Public Holidays, cancellations must be made between seven and 21 days before arrival.

In case of no-show or late cancellation, the full amount for the stay will be charged.

When comparing prices, please be aware of the number of people, arrival date, room type, length of stay, cancellation terms, and any package contents before making an accurate price comparison.

Smoking Policy

At Hotel Strandly Skagen all indoor areas are non-smoking.

You are welcome to smoke at the terraces, balconies, and in our garden.

A fee of DKK 2,500.00 will be charged for smoking in the room. Additionally, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel immediately. 

Pets:

At Hotel Strandly Skagen, we value our guests and are mindful of guests with allergies. Therefore, dogs and other pets are not welcome inside the hotel. They are welcome on a leash in our outdoor areas.
