As part of the stay, we encourage all our guests to explore Skagen and all the fantastic and unique attractions that are within walking distance of Hotel Strandly. We are in the old part of Østerby, where the winding roads, red tiled roofs and idyllic houses are a fond memory of a time when Skagen became famous as the city of painters.

The nature around Skagen begs to be explored. Nothing is more beautiful than a walk along the kilometer-long beaches with dunes as far as the eye can see, where you can enjoy the sea air and the incredibly special lighting.
